Type of data collection

We collect information that can be categorised in personal information that directly identifies individual (For example name, address, email address etc.) and other information that cannot identify individual to provide and improve our services that we offer. In specific, we collect: Enrolment information that you provide while creating your account or by linking your profile. These information includes first name and surname, country of residence, gender, date of birth, telephone number, email address, username, and password;
  • Transaction information that you provide while purchasing, subscribing, returning, exchanging any service or part there off. These information may include payment information;
  • Location information associated with either your IP address or any device identifier or GPS information;
  • Usage information about your use, such as timings of your use, type of contents, your preferences, device(s) information, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data;

Data controller

Oriel digital signage solution is the data controller for your information and is responsible for and may use your information for the purposes described in this policy. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Those third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements to protect your Personal Data.

Data usage

Consistent with applicable law and choices and controls that may be available to you, we may use information collected from you, or from devices associated with you, to:

Data security and retention

The security, integrity, and confidentiality of your information are extremely important to us. We have implemented technical, administrative, and physical security measures that are designed to protect guest information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, and modification. Business Transaction

Oriel uses customer engagement services to better facilitate customer communication and interactions.

Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third- party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
